Trash collection is every Thursday by Best Way Disposal. You must use your grey cart. Bagged household trash only is acceptable.
Recycled trash is every other Thursday by Best Way and you must use your recycle cart with bright green lid.
Note: Regular trash & recycled trash collections are done by different trucks and crews.
Heavy trash is collected one time per month, during the last full week of the month on Thursday.
Heavy Trash includes: furniture, carpeting, metal appliances (except those containing Freon).
It does not include contractors' materials, tree limbs or extra bags of trash.
Tree limbs are collected by City of Greenwood. Place your limbs neatly near curb and it will be picked up near end of week.
